Managing My Contact Information

There are 3 separate communications systems that operate independently at SHS.  Each requires individual registrations.  These are:


  •  System maintained by Summit school district
  •  Used by parents to monitor students’ grades and receive Powerschool bulletins
  •  Requires it’s own login id and password

PTO weekly news e-blasts (Constant Contact):

    • System maintained by the SHS PTO
    • Used for weekly e-blasts and ad-hoc communication from the PTO about SHS and PTO news and events
    • Requires email address(es) at which you want to receive PTO emails
    • If you need to update your e-mail address, or if you did not receive PTO e-mail blasts last year, or are new to the Summit School system, please click the SHS PTO Email Sign-up button. (Note: Incoming Freshman who graduated from LCJSMS last year have already been transferred to the SHS PTO e-mail database.)

SHS Online Directory:

  • System maintained by the SHS PTO
  • Used to securely login to the SHS Online Directory (Student Family and Faculty contact information)
  • Requires it’s own login id and password
