What's the perfect hostess gift for your holiday party? A holiday plant! The Student Council is selling holiday plants through Wednesday, Nov. 27. Pickup will be at the school Dec. 3.

A reminder that Wednesday, Nov. 27 is a SINGLE SESSION day with dismissal at 12:09 pm. Then there will be NO SCHOOL Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The PTO is still looking for donations to fund events and activities for this school year, and we'd really appreciate it if you'd consider making a donation to the PTO. 

 Every dollar goes directly to support YOUR children at our school -- and your donation is tax deductible too! Also, some companies will match donations, so don't leave money on the table!

Washington Elementary school has an ongoing collection for old markers, sneakers and reusable shopping bags. Collection bins are outside the school in their covered entrance area along Butler Parkway. It's an environmentally friendly way to clear out some of your clutter!
